Food was good especially the bulalo. The meat was tender and it seems like it was freshly cooked.

Food is good here. Bulalo, Chicken binakol, and Sisig tastes good. It is also value for money. Serving size fits family. The ambiance is very good! The area is made up of different nipa huts which brings exclusivity. Each hut can accommodate minimum of 6 people. My only comment is that the entrance staff are very snobby and not welcoming. Good thing is the assigned waiter in G-4 is kind. Buko juice and lemongrass moringa are must tries.

Hands down, 5 stars! (Although I have to take 1 star in Service) I love the ambiance, they have a lot of small cottages to choose from, but they also have one big events place that I think can accommodate 30 to 50 pax, very nice for big celebrations. The service is quite fine, if you’re near the main counter/cashier. They have this bell that you ring when you need an assistance, however, if you cottage is too far, it will take them too long to notice. My brother and I even had to go to the main counter to address our concerns. I hope they improve this system. In terms of food, 10000/10! Really great flavors… this is actually the first time we really enjoyed the “Lutong Bahay” flavors, and they even have their own twists to it being “Balinsasayaw”. Really great experience, and I think my family will definitely go back here. Everything is a must try! Kudos to the management! God bless

Been a fan of this place for years. We really appreciate the privacy courtesy of their spacious and cozy huts while enjoying the ambient environment. You can totally here the birds and the breeze is a wonderful welcome in this summer heat. What I really like here is the food. They never sell short of the taste. They serve good Filipino cuisine and the serving size is good for family gatherings. They just added new food to their menu and I am in love with their chili chicken wings with salted egg. The customer service is also good. Their staffs are well trained and have given us great hospitality. While this restaurant is great, I may have to advise those who have problems with mobility. They do have a hut for those with mobility issues and aged customers, but most of the huts are found on a slight uphill with stairs. The steps are not steep though but I feel like customers has to consider this if they are going to dine with their grandparents.

Nature like vibe while enjoying good Filipino classic food. Good value for money and fast and friendly service. Must visit when in Tagaytay.

Balinsasayaw offers a cozy, nature-inspired dining experience with its charming huts and relaxing ambiance. The food is tasty and well-prepared, though the servings aren’t very generous. The staff are friendly and attentive, making it a pleasant spot for a nice Filipino meal with family or friends.

Average bulalo and pinakbet. Tawilis was drenched in flour, not as good and crunchy.

First stop in Tagaytay, and it did not disappoint me. There's a fan in the hut, so it's not that hot as expected. There's screen also on each kubo, no bugs or mosquitoes, thankfully. There are only many small ants, but it's not a big problem, but I hope they can improve on this. We finished the soup of the chicken binakol the sisig also let me finish so much rice. The halo halo is not so sweet, perfect for my taste. Definitely will come back again.
